Meet Zac — your Zealder Copilot

Zac is Zealder's Agentic Copilot — an AI assistant built right into your Zealder Admin panel. Zac is more than a chatbot: it answers your questions and gets things done for you, using your real account and website data.

You'll find Zac in the copilot drawer inside the Zealder Admin panel — it's available whenever you're signed in. Just open it and ask in plain language.

What you can ask Zac

Zac can pull your live data and take action across your Zealder account, including:

• Understand your website — visitor traffic, top pages, traffic sources, conversions, and what's happening on your site right now.
• Your plan & billing — what plan you're on, renewal dates, invoices, payment method, and upgrade options.
• Domains — check if a domain is available, see the domains on your account, connect a domain, or add a subdomain.
• Branding & media — review your logo, generate images with AI, refresh favicons, and adjust your site's theme, colors, and layout.
• Answers & how-tos — features, pricing, setup, and troubleshooting, pulled from Zealder's knowledge base.
• Your account — profile details, in-app messages, the latest product updates, and the setup wizard.

How Zac works

• It does the work, not just describes it. When a request can be answered or carried out with a tool, Zac uses it instead of telling you to do it yourself.
• You stay in control. Read-only lookups (like checking your stats) happen automatically. Anything that changes your account, site, or billing is shown to you to approve first — nothing changes without your OK.
• Answers are grounded in your real data. Zac works within your account and permissions and won't invent numbers, plan limits, or account details. If it genuinely can't help, it'll offer to open a support ticket.

Zac runs on credits

Zac uses Zac AI Credits to do its work — a small, metered amount per request. Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance, and you can top up any time. See the pages in this section for how credits work, buying credit packs, and automatic top-ups.

Open the copilot drawer and try asking:
