The Services and Plans page is where you review your current hosting plan, see your add-on services, and change plans or billing frequency. Prices vary by plan and region, so review the live options in your account or on the pricing page.

Permission required: Owner.

View your subscriptions

1. Open the Account menu (at the top right) and choose Services and Plans.
2. The Manage Subscriptions page shows your current hosting plan, its status and next bill date, and an expandable Features Included list. Below it you will find your registered domains and any other add-on subscriptions, such as email mailboxes.

Change your plan

1. On the Manage Subscriptions page, click Change Plan.
2. On the Change Your Plan page, compare the available plans. Use the monthly/yearly toggle to see each price, then click Select Plan on the plan you want.
3. Review the confirmation dialog and click Confirm Change.

Upgrades take effect immediately, and you are charged a prorated amount (or credited) for the rest of the current billing period. Downgrades and billing-frequency changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle; your current plan stays active until then.

Switch between monthly and annual billing

Billing frequency is set on the same Change Your Plan page. Use the monthly/yearly toggle, select your plan, and confirm. A frequency change applies at the start of your next billing cycle.

Activate a trial

If your account is on a free trial, the Manage Subscriptions page shows an Activate Now button. Activating ends the trial and begins billing at your current plan rate, unlocking premium features right away.

To add or remove email mailboxes, or to request cancellation of an add-on, use the actions in the Other Add-on Subscriptions section.
