You can update the card we charge for your subscription directly from the Admin. Zealder processes payments securely through Stripe, so your card details are entered into a secure Stripe form and are never stored by Zealder.

Permission required: Owner.

Update your payment method

1. Open the Account menu (at the top right) and choose Update Payment Method.
2. A secure Stripe checkout form loads on the page. Enter your card number, expiration date, security code, and any billing details it asks for.
3. Submit the form. Once it is saved, you will see a confirmation that your payment method has been updated.

Your new card is used for your next subscription charge. If you came here while trying to change your plan, you can return to Services and Plans once your card is saved.
