Our Advanced IDX solution enables you to capture more leads by offering your visitors the tools they need to effectively search for properties directly on your website. Your website will be updated automatically on a daily basis with the most recent MLS data and photos.

The features listed on this page is only available when using our Advanced IDX solution.

To access the Advanced IDX configuration page, from the admin dashboard navigate to the "Listings >> Advanced IDX" page.

 

IDX Setup Options

 

The IDX Setup Options page is where you enter your MLS assigned Agent Code and/or Office Code. The Advanced IDX uses these codes to determine which listing should automatically import into your account.

For Team or Office plan, you can enter the Agent Code for each agent that's in your account. For listings to be assigned to the correct agent, this field is required for every agent.

Listing Details Options

 

The Listing Details Options page allows you to select which fields you want to display for each listing. By default, almost all possible fields provided by your MLS are listed here and checked. You must un-check any field that you don't want displayed on your website.

Add Predefined Group

 

The Add Predefined Group is basically the same as the Add Listing Group page, but when using our Advanced IDX it includes the option to automate the group by selecting the criteria for listings to display in the group's page on your website.

Customize Search Page

The Customize Search Page page allows you to enter Header and Footer content for the Advanced IDX search form.
