Advanced IDX helps you capture more leads by giving visitors the tools to search for properties directly on your website. Your site updates automatically every day with the most recent MLS data and photos.

The features on this page are only available when using the Advanced IDX solution.

Open the Advanced IDX page

1. From the admin dashboard, go to Listings > Advanced IDX.

Each active IDX is shown with its configuration options. The main sections are below.

IDX Setup Options

Enter your MLS-assigned Agent Code and/or Office Code. Advanced IDX uses these codes to decide which listings import into your account automatically.

On a Team or Office plan, enter an Agent Code for every agent on the account so listings are assigned to the correct agent.

Listing Details Options

Choose which fields display on your listings. By default, almost every field your MLS provides is listed and checked. Uncheck any field you do not want shown on your website.

Add Predefined Group

This works like the standard Add Listing Group page, with the added option to automate the group by selecting the criteria for which listings appear on the group page.

Customize Search Page

Add header and footer content for the Advanced IDX search form.

Customize Search Options

Filter and customize the search fields available on the Advanced IDX search form.
