Most potential buyers and renters who visit your website expects to find rich listing content. Zealder provides you a quick and powerful Listing Manager to accomplish this. With our Listing Manager you can add your listings and attach many rich data including hi-resolution photos, listing videos, virtual tours and many more.

To add a listing to your website:

This process is not required when using our Advanced IDX since your listings will be imported to your website automatically.

1. From the admin dashboard navigate to the "Listings >> Add New" page.
    

   
2. On the Add Listing: Add New page:
   1. Enter the listing's geographical location. As you enter the location, you will see a marker on a map indicating the property location. If the marker displays in the wrong location or does not display at all:
      1. Verify that you entered the correct address, city, and postal code.
      2. Manually locate the listing on the map by dragging the marker to the correct location.
      3. Or you can manually enter the geo-coordinates in the latitude and longitude fields below the map.
   2. Enter the general listing details in the "Listing Info" section.
      Please note: It's important that you make the correct selections in the "Property Type" and "List Status" fields as the options available in subsequent pages will be based on these selections.
   3. Click the "Save and Continue" button at the bottom to go to the next step.
    

   
3. On the Add Listing: Description page:
   1. Enter the descriptions for the listing in the available fields.
   2. Click the "Save and Continue" button at the bottom to go to the next step.
    

   
4. On the Add Listing: Features page:
   1. Select the check box next to each of the Listing Groups where you want the listing to display.
   2. Enter all other features that are relevant to the listing.
   3. Click the "Save and Continue" button at the bottom to go to the next step.
    

   
5. On the Add Listing: Photos page:
   1. Use the "Upload Photos" field to upload all of your photos for the listing. You can change the order of the photos and add a description for each photo after uploading your photos.
   2. Click the "Save and Continue" button at the bottom to go to the next step.
    

   
6. On the Add Listing: Media page:
   1. Enter your Virtual Tour, Videos and other media for the listing.
   2. Click the "Save and Continue" button at the bottom to complete the Add Listing process.
