Add Listing

Most buyers and renters who visit your website expect to find rich listing content. Zealder gives you a quick, powerful Listing Manager to deliver it. You can add your listings along with high-resolution photos, listing videos, virtual tours, and more.

This process is not required when using Advanced IDX, since your MLS listings are imported to your website automatically.

Permission required: Agent.

Add a listing

  1. From the admin dashboard, go to Listings > Add New.
  2. Complete each tab of the listing editor. The tabs are always available, and your work is saved as you move between them. Click Save and Continue to save and advance to the next tab.

The listing editor tabs

General

  • Enter the listing location (address, city, state/province, county, and postal code). A marker on the map shows the property location as you type.
  • If the marker is wrong or missing, double-check the address, drag the marker to the correct spot, or enter the Latitude and Longitude directly.
  • Set the core Listing Info: Transaction Type, Property Type, Status, and (optionally) MLS number. On a Team or Office plan you can also assign a listing agent.

Make accurate selections for Property Type and Status — the options on later tabs depend on these choices.

Description

  • Add the listing title, short description, and full description (using the rich text editor), plus directions.
  • Enter listing details such as price, currency, building size, lot size, year built, bedrooms, and bathrooms.

Features

  • Select the Listing Groups where the listing should appear.
  • Add general features, school information, and feature highlights relevant to the property.

Photos

  • Upload your listing photos (.jpg, .gif, or .png). After uploading, you can reorder them and add a description for each.

Media

  • Add a Virtual Tour link, a video (YouTube or Vimeo), and a listing brochure if desired.

Summary

  • Review the listing, set its visibility, and use the publishing tools (syndication, email, social media, and single-property domain).
  • View activity stats such as leads, visitors, views, and average viewing time.

A Rates tab appears for vacation rental listings, where you can set seasonal rental rates and fees.
