Adding a domain name to your account allows you to publish your website to the entire internet. Our service include hosting of your fully qualified domain name. This means that you can add your own custom domain name like www.yourname.com. There are up to four different options for adding a domain name to your account.
Option 1: Register New Domain
To register a New Domain:
- From the admin dashboard navigate to the "Domain and Email >> Manage Domains" page.
- On the Add Account Domain page:
- Enter the Domain Name in the Register New Domain section.
- Select the Domain extension from the drop down list.
- Click Check Availability.
- On the next screen you will be notified if the domain is available. If the domain name is not available a menu for selecting from a list of alternative domains will be presented or you can simply search for another domain name. Once you find an available domain name you can continue with the checkout process to purchase your new domain name.
Option 2: Point Existing Domain
This option is used to host your existing domain with Zealder while leaving it registered with your current domain registrar.
- From the admin dashboard navigate to the "Domain and Email >> Manage Domains" page.
- On the Add Account Domain page:
- Enter the Domain Name in the Point Existing Domain section.
- Select the Domain extension from the drop down box.
- Click Save and Continue.
The Domain Name is listed in the Pending Domain tab.
Option 3: Transfer Existing Domain
This option is used to transfer and host your existing domain from your current domain registrar to Zealder.
- From the admin dashboard navigate to the "Domain and Email >> Manage Domains" page.
- On the Add Account Domain page:
- Enter the Domain Name in the Transfer Existing Domain section.
- Select the Domain extension from the drop down box.
- Click Continue.
- On the next screen you will be notified if the domain is available for transfer. If the domain name is available for transfer you can continue with the checkout process to purchase your domain name transfer.
- The Pending Domain tab appears. After placing an order for your domain transfer we will require 2 set of information from you to complete the transfer. Once you retrieve this information you can submit it to us by submitting a support ticket from your account:
- The Transaction ID and Security Code which will be automatically emailed to the current administrative contact for your domain name.
- The Authorization Code for your domain name which you must contact your current registrar to retrieve.

Option 4: Add Sub-Domain (available once there is a main domain name on your account)
Use this option to add a sub-domain name (i.e. 123street.yourwebsite.com) to your account as an add-on domain name.
- From the admin dashboard navigate to the "Domain and Email >> Manage Domains" page.
- On the Add Account Domain page:
- Enter the Sub Name in the Add Sub-Domain section.
- Select the Domain from your list of domains.
- Click Save and Continue.
The Domain Name is listed in the Pending Domain tab.
