Add Domain Name

Adding a domain name publishes your website to the internet on an address you choose, like www.yourname.com. You can add a domain in several ways, all from the Add Domain tab.

Open the Add Domain tab

  1. From the admin, open the @Domain menu and choose Manage Domains.
  2. Select the Add Domain tab.
  3. Choose how you want to add a domain: Register New Domain, Transfer Domain, Connect Third-Party Domain, or Add Subdomain.

Register New Domain

Buy a brand-new domain through Zealder.

  1. Choose Register New Domain.
  2. Type the domain name you want and click Check Availability.
  3. If it's available, add it to your cart. If it's taken, you'll see suggested alternatives or can search again.
  4. Open your shopping cart, review the price, and complete checkout.

Registering a new domain is a paid purchase. The price depends on the domain extension and is shown before you check out.

Transfer Domain

Move a domain you already own to Zealder so we both host it and manage its registration.

  1. Choose Transfer Domain.
  2. Enter the domain and click Check Transfer Eligibility.
  3. If it's eligible, add it to your cart and complete checkout.

A transfer is a paid purchase, with the price shown before checkout. After you order, the transfer needs an authorization (EPP) code from your current registrar to finish; your domain then appears on the Pending Domains tab while it completes.

Connect Third-Party Domain

Host a domain on Zealder while it stays registered with your current provider. This option is free — you point the domain to Zealder at your registrar.

  1. Choose Connect Third-Party Domain.
  2. Enter your domain name and confirm to add it.
  3. Follow the instructions to point the domain to Zealder from your current provider.

Add Subdomain

Once you have a domain on your account, you can add a free subdomain (for example, 123main.yourdomain.com) — useful for single-property sites, agent pages, or landing pages.

  1. Choose Add Subdomain.
  2. Enter the subdomain name and select the domain it belongs to.
  3. Confirm to create it.

Domains that are still being registered or transferred appear on the Pending Domains tab until they're ready.
