This feature enables you to import Contacts from other contact manager applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, and ACT! into your Contacts list. Since you can also export Contacts, this allows you to synchronize your Contacts list with other contact managers.

From the admin dashboard navigate to the "Contacts >> Manage Contacts >> Import Contacts" page. The Import Contact Records page opens.

The program options:

• Outlook

• Outlook Express

• ACT!

1. Select one of the radio button options to import Contacts from that source.

2. Click Continue. The following screen is an example for the Outlook program.

Follow the Instructions on the screen to complete the process.
