Meta tags help the search engines understand your pages and decide how to rank them. They are not shown to your visitors — only to search engines. This page sets the meta tags for your home page, and several of the fields also act as a default for every other page on your website: if you leave a page’s own title, description, or keywords blank, the values you enter here are used instead.

To restore the system defaults, click Reset Defaults.
Set Meta Robots to “noindex” if you do not want a page indexed by search engines.
The custom tag (header code) field is for advanced users only, or for pasting code from trusted third-party tools such as tracking or verification. If you are unsure, leave it blank — incorrectly formatted code can make your website inaccessible.
