Manage Listing Groups

The Manage Listing Groups page lists all of your groups and lets you edit, delete, activate, deactivate, and reorder them.

Permission required: Admin.

Manage your listing groups

  1. From the admin dashboard, go to Listings > Listing Groups.
  2. The list of groups opens, showing each group name and type (System or Custom).

Available actions

  • Edit — change a group name, description, or criteria.
  • Delete — remove a custom group. System groups such as Featured Listings and Recently Sold cannot be deleted.
  • Activate / Deactivate — show or hide a group on your website. Deactivating a system group hides it without deleting it.
  • Order — enter a number to change the order in which groups appear.

Use the Display dropdown to filter the list by status (Active, Not Active, or All).
