Add Navigation Section

Sections separate your website's navigation into groups and allow you to perform group operations such as delete to all the pages/links in that group. Sections are not actual pages but acts as visual aids in categorizing your navigation pages.

You may have a Resources section which contains pages with articles and other resourceful information.
 

  1. From the admin dashboard navigate to the "Website >> Pages >> Add Section" page.
  2. On the Add Section page:
    1. Enter a name for the section in the "Section Name" field.
    2. Select a status from the "Status" drop down list. There are 3 types of status defined in the system. You can mark the status as Active, Not Active (hidden) or Deleted.
    3. Click the "Save and Continue" button at the bottom. These changes are updated in the system and are reflected on your website.

 

When you deactivate a section, the section name and all pages within that section will not appear in your website's navigation.
