Generating leads in today's real estate marketplace means having the right tools at your fingertips. Zealder's built-in Contact Manager helps you capture, organize, and follow up with leads from your website around the clock, so you can build and maintain relationships with everyone in your pipeline.

How contacts get into your list

Contacts are added to your list in three ways:

  1. Automatically from your website. When a visitor completes any lead capture form, such as a home search, home valuation, mortgage inquiry, or general request for more information, their details are saved to your contacts list and marked with a website source.
  2. Manually. You can add existing contacts to your list by hand from the Add Contact page.
  3. By import. You can import contacts from other programs, such as Outlook or ACT!, using a CSV file, and export your contacts the same way.

What you can do with your contacts

  • View, edit, and delete contacts from the Contacts List.
  • Organize contacts into groups for easy filtering and follow-up.
  • Capture extra details with custom fields.
  • Keep notes and review the website requests each contact has made.
