Contact Manager
Generating leads in today's real estate marketplace requires the right tools at your fingertip to help you make the right decisions at the right time. Our Built-in Contact Manager is a powerful contact management tool that allows you to engage and gain leads from your website 24/7. It allows you to build and maintain a relationship with contacts from your website, existing contact list, social networks and any other contact source.
Contacts are added to your Contacts list in 3 different ways:
- All visitors to your site that complete any of the lead capture forms, whether it be for a home search, home evaluation, mortgage calculation, report request or just a request for more information, are automatically saved in your Contacts list.
- You can manually add your existing contacts to your Contacts list.
- You have the option to also import and export contacts from other programs like Outlook or Act!
