How Do I Email A Listing To A Contact Group?

You can start an email campaign for any listing straight from your listings list, with the property already attached.

Permission required: Admin.

Email a listing

1. From the admin panel, open Listings > All Listings.
2. Find the listing you want to send, then click Email This Listing in its Actions column.
3. The E-mail Campaign Wizard opens with the listing already attached. Follow the steps to choose your recipients—including an entire contact group—write your message, and send or schedule the campaign.
