Leads reach your Contact Manager in three ways.
- From your website automatically. Every visitor who completes a form on your site — a home search, home valuation, mortgage quote, listing request, or general contact form — is saved as a contact.
- By adding them yourself. Open Contacts and use Add Contact to enter someone manually.
- By importing a list. Use Import Contacts to bring in contacts from a CSV file exported from another program. You can also use Export Contacts to download your list.
Open your contacts from the Contacts menu in the admin. New website leads also appear on your dashboard.
