How do I add my photo to my website's contact card?

The photo on your contact card comes from a profile photo. Where you set it depends on your plan.

Single-agent sites

  1. Log in at www.zealder.com.
  2. Open the Account menu (at the top right) and choose Profile Photo.
  3. Click Choose File, pick your photo (JPEG, PNG, GIF, or WebP, up to 10 MB), and save.

Team and office sites

On a team or office site, each agent has their own personal photo. That photo appears on the agent's own contact card and in the company/agent directory.

  • To set your own photo, open the Account menu (at the top right) and choose Profile Photo.
  • An administrator can set or replace any agent's photo from Team → Users/Agents List — edit the agent and upload their photo.

The office photo (Team → Office Photo) is a separate, optional office-level image. It does not replace an individual agent's personal photo.

If you're replacing an existing photo and don't see the change right away, refresh the page in your browser.
