Can I recover the default content on my website?

Yes. When default content is deleted or modified, a backup copy is kept in your account (it can take up to 24 hours to become available). To go back to the default, make that backed-up content active again from Website >> Pages >> Manage Pages/Sections by clicking Activate next to the page.
