What If I Forget My Login Information?

Your username is the email address that you used to setup your account.

If you forget your password, you can always reset it from the Password Assistance page of Zealder. To access this page:

1. Go to www.zealder.com
2. Click on the "Account Login" link located at the top of our home page
3. Click the "Reset Password" link which will open the Password Assistance page
4. Enter the email address that you use to log in to your account. We will send you an email which includes a code for resetting your password. This code is only valid for a short period of time and can only be used once.
