Q: Why would I use Zealder Advanced IDX if my MLS provides me an IDX framing link and I can add it to my website for free?
A: Our Advanced IDX is built directly into your website and includes your own branding. Our Advanced IDX offers more control and works seamlessly with your website. No frames are used with this service, which means all MLS listings have a clear to understand search engine friendly URL.

Q: What if I am a member of more than one MLS?
A: If you use more than one MLS, you can add an Advanced IDX account for each MLS. This will require an additional fee for each Advanced IDX account. When using more than one Advanced IDX account, only one listing search page is provided since all MLS/IDX feeds will be integrated seamlessly.

Q: Why do I need to sign a contract with my MLS provider?
A: All MLSs require that you enter into a contractual agreement before they allow you to display MLS data on your website.

Q: How long does it take to add the Advanced IDX into my website?
A: From the time we receive the approval and access credentials from your MLS, it takes about 2-3 business days to build the Advanced IDX into your website. If your MLS is not currently in our MLS Coverage list, we will require an additional 2-3 weeks.

Although our Web Presence Suite includes Smart Frame IDX support which allows you to integrate listings from your Local MLS, for a more robust and seamless IDX integration we also offer our Advanced IDX solution.

Our Advanced IDX solution enables you to capture more leads by offering your visitors the tools they need to effectively search for properties directly on your website. Your website will be updated automatically on a daily basis with the most recent MLS data and photos. This means that while you concentrate on making sales, your website can be your personal assistant to help potential clients narrow down their property search. Our Advanced IDX solution is compatible with raw data FTP and RETS. Our Advanced IDX solution is only $24.95/month with no setup fee.

 

Predefined Listings Groups

  • Create search engine friendly listing group pages with your own predefined criteria. Possible usage for this feature would be to showcase listings by neighborhood, subdivision, county, city, etc. Virtually any field that can be searched, you can add as a criteria for a predefined listing group page.
  • Create Foreclosures, REOs, Bank Owned, Short Sale, and other custom listing group pages based on any keywords that you choose.
  • Adds a direct link to an IDX listings page which is accessible by search engines and displays only properties that meet your predefined criteria.
  • You can add entry content to listing group pages using our Text Editor which support formatted text, images, and HTML. This feature is great for creating landing pages for marketing campaigns.
 

Customizable MLS Search Page

  • Support all listing types provided by your MLS, which may include Single Family Homes, Condos, Lots and Land, Mobile Homes, Multi-units, Commercial Properties, Apartments, etc.
  • Data and photos updated daily so that your website visitors will have access to the latest MLS data.
  • Includes an easy to use, one page search interface which has options that you control. Visitors can do a basic search, advanced search or search by MLS ID.

  • You can add a Listings Search module to your home page or any other page on your website.
